Tri-State Medical Professions, LLC was founded December 2001. The company was established as a result of the need to fully integrate a functional and efficient conduit in the market for independent healthcare professionals desiring to work in one or more of the participating facilities.

Orientation, competency testing, and appropriate placement are accomplished with a state-of-the-art communication and scheduling system. All JCAHO credentials and scheduling availabilities are entered to "live" fields and tracked on a daily and even hourly basis.

Working in partnership with local hospitals, Tri-State has built a database of units, needs, and competency requirements across the system to closely match the needs of the hospitals to the available mix of healthcare professionals residing in or out of the local market. All systems and procedures have been automated to better serve the healthcare professional and client facilities. The system is capable of tracking thousands of professionals, shifts, credentials, hours, and availability with the click of a button.
